  • August 11: 7 AM - 3 PM (8-hour day) + weeknight beeper call (14 hours)
  • August 12: 7 AM - 3 PM (8-hour day) + weeknight beeper call (14 hours)
  • August 13: 7 AM - 3 PM (8-hour day) + weeknight beeper call (14 hours)
• Number of Shifts Needed per Month: 4 days, 7 AM - 3 PM plus call 3 PM - 7 AM

Procedures and Skills Required

• Special Procedures: Temporary pacemaker removal, chest tube removal, IABP removal, Aline placement
• Skills Required: Recent cardiothoracic surgery experience, proficient with EVH

Patient Population/Case Load

Patient Population: Adults, Geriatrics

Case Load: 10-15 CVICU/step down patients per day, plus 1-2 surgeries
