Admissions Required?: Yes Is Hospital Stroke Certified?: Yes Specific Responsibilities: Managing critical care recovery, specifically including managing patients coming off of ventilators.
Practice details
- Not solo coverage
- Shift pattern: Clinic;Day
- Setting: Both DAYS and NIGHTS needed (7a to 7p and 7p to 7a), 7 days per week.
Case mix
- Practice Setting: Inpatient
- Patient Population: Pre-operative and post-operative cardiac surgery patients. This includes high-acuity patients coming directly out of the OR recovering from:
- VATS (Video-Assisted ThoracoscopicSurgery)
