• Certifications Needed: Must be well-versed in trauma, including facial fractures, as the provider shares call with Oral Surgery, Plastic Surgery, and Trauma teams
• Patient Population/Case Load: 12-16 patients per day
• Case Mix: Full scope Otolaryngology including trauma and facial trauma

Additional Information:

• License: An active Pennsylvania state license is required
• Willing to License: Yes
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 60-90 days; expedited process available for clean files, including emergency privileges
