Shift Details

- Schedule Details: Tuesday - Friday, 8am – 5pm (1-hour unpaid lunch), Mondays off. Night and weekend call schedule TBD.
- Number of Shifts Needed per Month: 3+ weeks (preferably 4 weeks) coverage in a month with weekend call rotation.
- Procedures: Most patients are sent to IR unless provider is comfortable performing.
- Patient Population/Case Load: Adults; Hospital average 10-12; Clinic 18-20
- Case Mix: Most patients are sent to IR unless provider is comfortable performing.
- Trauma Level: Level 3
License and Privileging
- License: An active Indiana state license is required.
- Willing to License: No
- Estimated Privileging Timeline: 60-90 days

The provider will be travelling to multiple locations Reason for Coverage: Staff Leaving
Practice details
- Not solo coverage
- Shift pattern: 24 Hour Call;Clinic;Night Call
- Setting: Clinic is a 4-day week 8am-5pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch. This provider will have Monday off. On call rotation with providers and on call rotation back up with APP’s.
Case mix
- Listed below are the cases our Hem/Onc doctors do NOT handle.
- Acute leukemia
- Rare lymphomas
Call
Weekend Call is Fri 5pm – Mon 7am on a rotation
Dates & schedule
full-time coverage from July to Dec 2027 3+ weeks (preferably 4 weeks) coverage in a month and can assist in call rotation on the weekends.
Licensing & requirements
- Active state license required
- Estimated privileging: 60-90 days
- Minimum 2 years' experience
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
- Flu – Influenza certification
