- FHR Interpretation – NST/CST/FSE
- OB ultrasounds – Performance of Level I/Screening (Viability)
- OB ultrasounds – Performance of Interpretation
- What Percentage of Patients are C-Section: 18
- Certifications Needed: BLS
- Patient Population/Case Load: 4 inductions, 1-2 C/S across clinic and private;
- Percentage of Practice: Low Risk 60%; High Risk 40%; GYN: 10
- Average Number of GYN Surgeries Per Day (If Applicable): 1
- Case Mix: Nursery Level: Level II and III
- Required Labor and Delivery Procedures:
- Routine Delivery – Vaginal, Low Forceps, Decision-Making for C-Section
- Complicated Delivery –C-Section, Breech, Multiple Births, Abruptions, etc
- VBAC’s
- Repair of 3rd & 4th Degree Lacerations
- Number of Physicians in Practice: 5 employed. 10 private
- Will Other OB/GYNs Provide Coverage During Locums Coverage Dates (List Names): Yes- Privates and employed will assist
- How Many APPs Provide Coverage: 6- 1 per shift
- Number of Exam Rooms: 5 triage, 2 C/S Operating Rooms, 12 Delivery rooms
- Office Equipment: Standard L+D support equipment
- Support Staff: Unit staffed by in house physician (locum need), APRN per shift-primarily midwife who can see low risk triage patients, perform low risk deliveries, and assist in C/S, L+D RNs all EFM certified, OB techs that are about to first assist as well
- Trauma Level: 2
