Day to day
*WILL BE FLOATING BETWEEN 2 FACILITIES* Facility Type: Acute Care Hospital The provider will be working in a solo practice, there is currently an APP in that location but she will be leaving at the end of September Responsibilities: o Outpatient clinic: approx 3 days per week o Supervising Stress Tests: approx 1 day per week o On-Call: 4p - 8a o Read Nuclear portion of a stress test o Hospital Consult service rotation (this again will be ad hoc)

On Call required; On-Call: 4p - 8a (as needed to fill in holes)
Dates & schedule
08/17/2026 - 6 -9 months Standard 4, Day (10 Hours) 8:00 - 16:00 3 weeks per month (1 physician willing to do 3 weeks per month, DO NOT want multiple providers working sporadic weeks)
Licensing & requirements
- Active state license required
- Estimated privileging: 60-90
- Minimum 5 years' experience
- DEA controlled Substance Registration Certificate certification
Other details
Board Certified to read Cardiac Imaging studies (to include Nuclear Stress tests - not a deal breaker if they can't read NUCs, this would be preferred by not required)
