Practice details

- Shift pattern: Clinic;Shift+Call
- Setting: 8- or 12-hours day coverage; Schedule: Monday - Friday Shift length: 8 hours Procedure/OR Days: Monday - Friday

- Provide Anesthesia for the following service lines, General, Ortho, GI, Urology, ENT, OB. No Head/Heart. General, GI, and Ortho make up majority of cases.

- NPDB Report certification
