- Patient Population/Case Load: Adult Hematology & Oncology, rural community setting, average 15 patients/day, 60% Hematology / 40% Oncology
- Case Mix: Solid tumor oncology, benign hematology, malignant hematology, infusion & treatment
Licensing and Privileging
- License: An active Pennsylvania state license is required.
- Willing to License: No
- Estimated Privileging Timeline: Approximately 90 days, temporary privileges available for clean files

Day to day
Established patient panel already in place Clinic Hours Clinic starts at 8:00 AM First patient scheduled at 8:15/8:30 AM Last patient scheduled at 3:30 PM 30-minute lunch included Weeknight Call: 4:15 PM – 8:00 AM Typically 2–3 patient calls between 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Rarely receive calls after 9:00 PM Covers ER and hospital team Weekend Call: 24-hour call coverage Includes 2 hours gratis rounding on Saturday/Sunday Admissions: Consulting service only Hospitalists manage admissions 14-chair infusion center onsite 2-bed infusion room Oncology-certified nursing staff Radiation Oncology located onsite Support Structure 1.3 Hem/Onc physicians onsite 3 APPs Onsite pharmacist support Participation in disease-specific and general tumor boards

- Shift pattern: 24 Hour Call;Clinic;Day + Night Call
