Day to day
The clinic is currently open M-Th 8-5:30. Facility can work out call based on the amount of days a locum is willing to take per month Clinic hours Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM; call flexible based on availability Typical schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with call opportunities Approximately 20 patients per provider per day 24-hour call coverage, 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM Level III Trauma Center; OR block 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM with no case limit Unit Information: • Staff on unit: Practice Information o Provider: 1 FT currently o LPN: 2 o CNA/CMA: 2 o Other: 1 Patient Representative • Acuity level of patients: Outpatient Number of beds: 4 exam rooms
