We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Neurosurgeon to join our team in Michigan. This is a permanent, full-time position with a 7-on / 7-off schedule, providing an excellent work-life balance. The ideal candidate will be board eligible and possess strong skills in cranial and spinal neurosurgery, trauma management, and advanced neuroimaging interpretation.

Day to day

advanced imaging, modern surgical suites, and multidisciplinary neuro support. Academic involvement with opportunities to teach medical students, residents, and fellows. Role Responsibilities Perform the full spectrum of cranial and spinal neurosurgical procedures. Provide inpatient and outpatient neurosurgical consultations and follow-up care. Interpret advanced imaging including MRI, CT, and angiography. Collaborate closely with neurologists, neurointerventionalists, trauma teams, and other specialties. Participate in trauma and spine call aligned with the 7-on/7-off schedule. Deliver patient-centered, high-quality, evidence-based surgical care.
