Licensing and Privileging:
- License: An active Washington state license or IMLC membership is required
- Willing to License: No
- Estimated Privileging Timeline: 90-120 days. Clean history can qualify for expedited privileges

Day to day
Is Hospital Stroke Certified?: Yes Admissions Required?: Yes Rounding: Both Call for the month varies but most take 3-4 days a month. This clinic currently consists of 1 MD, and 3 PA-Cs, 1 RN, and 8 MA staff.
Practice details
- Not solo coverage
- Shift pattern: 24 Hour Call
- Setting: Clinic hours are from 730-4 Monday-Friday
Case mix
- in office procedures consist of cystoscopies, fusion biopsies, bladder biopsy, UDS testing, etc.
Call
Call Type: In-House Avg Call # per 24 Hr: Call Response Time Required: 30 minutes Phone Consults: 5-6 Call Ratio: the locum would be the only Urology provider on call, with APP back up support. Patients Seen: 3-4 Call Back %: 90 Admissions: 2-3
Dates & schedule
04-01-2026 - Ongoing; Candidate would be expected to have 3 full clinic days (1/3 would be in office procedure days), and averaging 2 days for OR block time.
