Day to day
Join a collaborative team of 50+ employed anesthesiologists practicing across: Level I Trauma Center Level III Trauma Center Outpatient Surgical Center Deliver high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care in both inpatient and outpatient settings Participate in a manageable and equitable call rotation designed to support work-life balance Collaborate closely with surgeons, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain and expand procedural skills across diverse surgical specialties Engage in mentorship opportunities with experienced anesthesiologists Optionally participate in leadership and teaching opportunities (not required) Contribute to a culture of teamwork, mutual respect, and shared success Support UCHealth’s mission to improve lives through innovation and excellence in care
