Day to day
Weekend Requirements: Minimal to none; limited call rotation may include occasional weekend coverage Travel to the other locations (2–3 hours from main facility) is required to support rural communities with access to specialty cancer care. Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care in both outpatient and affiliated clinic settings. Join an established practice consisting of 12 physicians, 8 APPs, and a robust multidisciplinary support team, including nurse navigators and social workers. Deliver dedicated outreach services (up to 6 days per month) to rural clinics in 2 other locations (approximately 2–3 hours from main facility) Collaborate closely with the comprehensive cancer center team based in main site for coordinated patient care. Practice within a physician-led medical group focused on innovation, collaboration, and high-quality outcomes. Participate in a flexible four-day work week model. Share in limited call responsibilities within the group. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient-centered cancer care programs. Support and engage in clinical growth opportunities within an academically anchored health system.
