- Case Mix: Inpatient Responsibilities: Yes, Inpatient coverage of both sites
- Telehealth: Yes, there may be telehealth in addition to inpatient responsibilities
- Appointment Length: Consult - 40 minutes, Follow up - 20 minutes

Dates & schedule
ASAP - Ongoing; 2 weeks on/2 weeks off with call; 4/5 days per week. These can be either M-Th or M-F: September 14 - October 2 (3 weeks) October 19 – 30 (2 weeks) November 16 - 27 (Excludes Thanksgiving) (2 weeks)

Active IMLC Provider must be willing to work on both facilities The facility now is willing to review candidates Board Certified in Oncology with Hematology experience & willing to see Hematology patients
