- Case Mix: ENT, children, GI, Endo, GS, bread and butter with optional hips, knees, ortho blocks. Sedation needs.
- Trauma Level: Level 3

Call
Flexible with call requirements. Could do no call if provider does not want to do. if site were to need added call, this would be 1 in 6.
Dates & schedule
4-10 hour shifts per week. Call 1:6 nights/weekends

- Active state license required
- Estimated privileging: 60-90
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
