On Call: 1:4-5 weekday call and 1:4-5 weekend call; in-house NP manages call from 8:30pm to 6:30am Weekend Requirement: Rotating weekend call schedule as above

REQUIRED PRIOR TO CLIENT PRESENTATION UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies– [REQUIRED] PA-C certification by NCCPA – [REQUIRED] Minimum 3+ years of experience in cardiac or cardiovascular surgery and ICU patient management or experience with endoscopic vein harvesting and first assisting - [REQUIRED] Unrestricted Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license to prescribe medications – [REQUIRED] Full prescriptive authority, in accordance with medical staff privileging – [REQUIRED] Unrestricted medical staff membership with appropriate practice privileges – [REQUIRED] BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross – [REQUIRED] Eligible to provide reimbursable services and maintain provider status with Medicare and Medicaid – [REQUIRED] No current or prior sanctions or exclusions from HHS/OIG or the GSA List of Excluded Individuals and Entities – [REQUIRED]
