Board Certified or Board Eligible (0-5 years of residency) in OB/GYN and Gynecological Oncology - [REQUIRED] Active CO license (or willing to obtain) - [REQUIRED] Fellowship-trained in Gynecological Oncology (to be completed prior to start) - [REQUIRED] Clean malpractice - [PREFERRED] Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B?
