Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach to hospitals, healthcare facilities, and other potential clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their staffing needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Market Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand Orchard's market presence.
- Proposal Creation and Presentation: Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients, effectively articulating Orchard's value proposition and competitive advantages.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with Orchard's goals and standards. Our team of experienced leaders in the industry will be ready to provide invaluable support with this.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and optimize sales efforts.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal teams, including recruitment and operations, to ensure seamless execution of client engagements and fulfillment of staffing requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in business development or sales, preferably within the healthcare or staffing industry.
- Experience in the remote work environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients at all levels.

- Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Solid knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
